WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These warranty terms apply to the following Tommee Tippee products, each referred to below as a "Product":

• Perfect Prep Day & Night;
• Made for Me Single Electric Breast Pump; and
• Made for Me Double Electric Breast Pump.

The Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty are offered by Mayborn ANZ Pty Limited ("we", "us"). Tommee Tippee is a trading name of Mayborn ANZ Pty Limited. We may amend these warranty terms at any time.

We warrant the Product in line with the Standard Warranty below.

The original purchaser can extend the warranty on the Product by a further one-year period by registering the Product on: https://www.tommeetippee.com/en-au/product-registration. You can read the terms and conditions for the Extended Warranty below.

Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. We warrant the Product for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Subject to proof of purchase being provided, if any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this one-year period, we will repair or replace the Product at our expense.
2. The Standard Warranty does not cover the Product or Product parts that are subject to wear, or that can be considered by their nature as consumable parts.
3. The Standard Warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use or poor maintenance, or if alterations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorised by us.
4. This appliance is intended for household use only. The Standard Warranty is not valid if the Product is used for professional or semi-professional purposes.
5. The Standard Warranty is only valid if the Product is used strictly in accordance with the instruction leaflet.
6. These terms shall be governed by the law of the country where the Product was sold and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the same country.
7. If any of these terms and conditions are ruled invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. The Extended Warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the Standard Warranty.
2. If you register your Product on https://www.tommeetippee.com/en-au/product-registration you will receive an additional one-year warranty period.
3. The Extended Warranty will only be valid if the person registering the Product is the original purchaser and the Product was purchased in, and for use within, Australia.
4. The personal data you provide when registering your Product is necessary to provide the Extended Warranty and will be used solely for this purpose, unless you have separately opted to receive marketing emails in addition to registering for the Extended Warranty.
