Health professionals recommend the temperature of the baby’s sleeping environment should ideally be maintained between 16-21 degrees. Depending on your location, orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Our Melbourne warehouse is working hard to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible and delivery times are normally within 2 to 7 working days, but please be aware that Australia Post are experiencing some shipment delays, particularly for interstate orders, due to the current situation with Covid-19 and therefore delivery times may be longer.
Orders are picked, packed, and processed Monday to Friday within normal business hours. Any orders made outside of this time-frame will be processed the next available working day. We will attempt to ship your order within 48 hours of your order being confirmed.
