Thanks so much for purchasing and registering your new product. We're sure you'll have no problems with using your product, but we wanted to give you that added piece of assurance, by offering an additional year's warranty completely free of charge, just in case.

The batch code is 5 numbers ending in XO or NI and can be found on the base of your product.
Upload receipt (till or e-receipt is fine)
Upload specification - File format JPG/JPEG. File size limit 10mb *It’s still important to keep hold of your receipt in case you need to return your product to where you bought it - this would be the case within your initial retail warranty period. You might not need to return it though, as our in depth on-line product support section might have the fix you’re looking for, so best to always check there first.
