You can cancel your order within the first 30 minutes after placing it. After 30 minutes it’s too late for you, or our customer team to cancel your order. Once an order is placed, we’re really quick to start packing, so we’re unable to amend it. This includes delivery, address and payment details. However, you can cancel it and place a new one instead. When you place an order with Tommee Tippee, the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and shipped from our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money, however it may take up to 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again
